Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.

We accept returns for products purchased from Pevonia.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from Pevonia.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from date of purchase.

Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional gift(s) must be returned with the free promotional gift(s).

Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.

Pevonia.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.

For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.


Please follow these easy steps:

· Email to: shop@Pevonia.com or call us at 1-800-PEVONIA (738-6642) to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please reference your original order and note the items that you wish to return and the reason for the return.

· We will provide you with an RMA number (valid for 30 days from issue date).

· Pack the item along with the original order documents. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

· Shipping fees are nonrefundable

Please return the item(s) in its original product packaging. When returning a bundled set, trial kit, or Spa Box, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund.

Only items purchased on Pevonia.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.

Pevonia.com is unable to refund shipping charges. Please allow around 7-10 business days of processing time. Pevonia reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.
