UPS Shipping Notice
As of March 26th, 2020, UPS has suspended their service guarantee for all shipping services, including expedited shipping. Pevonia is not responsible for missed delivery dates.
Shipping Policies
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding weekends and select holidays. Processing and shipping time may vary between 2-15 business days, depending on where your item is shipped to and the delivery option. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, processing times may vary. All products are shipped F.O.B., point of origin. All purchases from Pevonia.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss & title shall transfer to the Buyer upon tender of goods to Buyer, Buyer's representative, or common carrier. The cost of any special packing or special handling caused by Buyer's requirements or requests shall be added to the amount of the order. If Buyer causes or requests a shipment delay, or if Pevonia ships or delivers the products erroneously because of inaccurate,incomplete or misleading information supplied by Buyer or its agents or employees, storage and all other additional costs and risks shall be borne solely by Buyer. Claims for products damaged or lost in transit should be made by Buyer to the carrier, as Pevonia’s responsibility ceases upon tender of goods to Buyer, Buyer's representative or common carrier. Pevonia will provide proof of delivery upon request. Pevonia.com orders can only be shipped to the continental U.S. (includes AK & HI) to a valid address. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses nor freight forwarders. Orders that do not comply with these rules will be cancelled and refunded.
Hours, Holidays, and Closure Dates
Pevonia Normal Hours of Operation
We are open Monday thru Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time except for the following holidays and annual closure days as outlined below. If a holiday falls on Saturday, we will be closed on the Friday before. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed on Monday, the day after.

Pevonia Annual Holiday Closure
Pevonia will be closed between Christmas Day, December 25th and New Year's Day, January 1st.We'll be back in the office January 2nd and shipping usually resumes by January 4th. If the dates fall on a Saturday or Sunday, please refer to the paragraph above.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. One-time use offers that were available on your original order may not be available if you place a new order.

Delayed or Cancelled Orders
There could be various reasons for an order to be delayed or cancelled. All orders placed on our website are processed through our automatic verification system.During this step, we will attempt to verify all information provided in your order including, but not limited to shipping, billing, contact, and payment information. Your order may be delayed or cancelled if:
You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address.
The address and contact information provided does not match the information your bank has on file.
Your order does not meet our Terms and Conditions
The item(s)in your order are now out of stock.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
A duplicate order was placed.

Shipping Outside of the U.S.

Order Status and Tracking
You will receive an email once your order has shipped. To view the status of your order online, login to your Pevonia Account.If you do not have a Pevonia Account or you checked out as a guest, you will not be able to view the status of your order online. You may contact our Customer Care Specialists, who will be able to locate your tracking number.
Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours once the order is shipped. After 24 hours the tracking information will be displayed.To track the order, simply click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of the order.

Delivered Orders That Are Not Received Yet
From time-to-time UPS/USPS will mark packages as “delivered” when they arrive to their local sorting facility. Because of this, we ask that you please allow the full 10 business days for your package to be delivered to you. If you still have not received your order after 10 business days, an investigation will be opened with the carrier and may take 1-8 business days to complete.
